Jarett Quirk
Time to repair those beautiful cheeks with some yummy green matcha. This mask is wonderful for all skin types and will defend your grin from acne as well. So if you truly want to start looking better and feeling better you need to start mixing up your own blend. Let's face it over the counter products are for the masses not for you ! When you mix your own mask you can control the levels of each ingredient and thus control what your skin needs and likes.
Here's what you will need:
2 Grams or 1 Teaspoon
Japanese Matcha Powder ( The more Matcha you add the more you will remove oils and dirt from your skin)
15 ml or 1 Tablespoon
Honey ( The more honey you use the more you will kill acne and soothe skin )
15 ml or 1 Tablespoon
Fractionated Coconut Oil ( The more of this oil that you add the more penetration of moisture you will obtain from the mask, be careful though to much may clog pores)
.5 ml or 1/3 teaspoon
Vitamin E ( This super food for skin is great in small quantities it will help protect your mask from oxidation and repair your epidermis as well)
60 ml or 1 oz
Aloe Vera Gel ( This is where all the moisture is held , The more you add of this ingredient the more H2o you will be bringing to your skin, I have dry skin and can't get enough but some times to much aloe gel on the skin can be a little sticky, remember this will seal the moisture in.)
5 - 10 Drops Max
Lemon Essential Oil ( I love lemon so that is why I choose this wonderful citrus / acidic essential oil for my mask. It helps tighten my skin and leave me with a firmer more youthful look)
Mix all your ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and cover. place in fridge for 15 minutes and its ready to use. Keep any unused mask refrigerated for use at a later time. This mask is gentle enough for everyday use.
